Context

GOT BAG wanted to relaunch their Rolltop backpack with impact — not just a product update, but a moment. The brief was to develop an offer that would reward the existing community and bring in new customers. The answer was a bundle nobody had done in this space before.

Challenge

Design an offer compelling enough to sell out without paid acquisition. Source 20+ sustainable brands willing to contribute product, coordinate delivery, and build a campaign that made the Rolltop the hero.

  • Sourced and assembled 20+ brand partners: mymuesli, Avocadostore, Foodist, fitspresso, nucao, SWOOX, LAWETE, DentaSMART, JungLuck, and others
