Context
GOT BAG was scaling Meta spend to €10–50k/month. Creatives were handled reactively — produce something, run it, see what happens. At that budget level, weak creative is an expensive problem. Rising CPMs made it worse.
Challenge
No systematic creative testing process. Ad performance was inconsistent and hard to learn from. The team needed a framework that turned creative into a repeatable, scalable function — not a guessing game.
