Social Media & Content
30,000+ followers across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Individual clips reaching 400K+ views. Built the full content engine — strategy, production, and distribution — without an agency.

Context
Events generate content. Panels, keynotes, founder conversations — hours of footage per event, 13 events in 2024. Most of it sat unused. The brand existed offline but not online. The question was whether to build a real content operation or let it go.
Challenge
No content strategy, no consistent publishing cadence, no short-form presence. Footage existed but distribution didn't. Building a cross-platform content engine with a small team and no dedicated content budget.
What I built
- → Defined content strategy across four channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- → Built short-form content engine around event footage and founder interviews
- → Grew YouTube to 3,100+ subscribers with 657 published videos
- → Produced TikTok clips that reached 115K, 174K, and 414K views organically
- → Distributed long-form podcast episodes across platforms
- → Established repeatable production workflow without agency involvement

Outcome
30,000+ followers built from zero. Single clips reached hundreds of thousands of views organically. Content became the second-largest lead source for event registrations — behind only direct referrals.
