Context
Founders League attracted B2B e-commerce founders who needed help scaling their business. There was demand — but revenue came through personal relationships and word of mouth. No repeatable acquisition, no structured sales process, no way to scale without the founder in every conversation.
Challenge
A strong consulting offer with no scalable acquisition system. Every lead came through someone knowing someone. The goal was to build a funnel that worked independently — and could support an SDR without losing conversion.
What I built
- → Designed the Done-With-You offer: live calls, video course, event access
- → Built lead magnet funnel: Ad → opt-in → setting call → closing call
- → Ran paid acquisition across Meta and LinkedIn simultaneously
- → Used community events as conversion touchpoints mid-funnel
- → Brought in an SDR to handle setting calls at scale
- → Documented and handed over the full sales process
