Context
Founders League attracted B2B e-commerce founders who needed help scaling their business. There was demand. Revenue came through personal relationships and word of mouth. No repeatable acquisition, no structured sales process, no way to scale without the founder in every conversation.
Challenge
A strong consulting offer with no scalable acquisition system. Every lead came through someone knowing someone. The goal was to build a funnel that worked independently and could support an SDR without losing conversion.
What I built
- → Designed the Done-With-You offer: live calls, video course, event access
- → Built lead magnet funnel: Ad → opt-in → setting call → closing call
- → Ran paid acquisition across Meta and LinkedIn simultaneously
- → Used community events as conversion touchpoints mid-funnel
- → Brought in an SDR to handle setting calls at scale
- → Documented and handed over the full sales process
